Stokes Research Inc. was established in Regina, Saskatchewan in 2005, and provides a full range of consulting services to organisations seeking analytical, organisational, reporting, proposal writing, and facilitation skills and deliverables.
With a solid history of moving projects forward, Stokes Research Inc. provides services to a diverse client group, including private sector, academic, community-based, Aboriginal, and governmental organisations committed to innovation in their respective fields. The firm has successfully completed projects ranging from innovation technology to innovation social economy initiatives. Stokes Research has a track record of providing concrete deliverables to clients engaged in a variety of critical undertakings, including clean energy projects; food security; homelessness; second-stage housing; anti-racism initiatives; disabilities initiatives; community planning; and organisational development.
Janice Stokes, CEO of Stokes Research Inc., has a B.A. in Political Science (University of Saskatchewan) and M.A. in Political Science (Dalhousie University). Prior to establishing Stokes Research Inc., Ms. Stokes career included employment with a public policy institute at the University of Regina; teaching political science at the University of New Brunswick; and as a policy analyst for the Treasury Board Branch at Saskatchewan Finance. Janice Stokes has publications in Saskatchewan and Aboriginal population demographics, public policy, and housing issues. Ms. Stokes is currently the Public Appointee for the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians.
